Learn how to make a fabulous, beaded bracelet that will have your friends asking, "Where did you get that bracelet?" If you've seen the Chan Luu bracelets selling for $190. or more, you may be excited to see that you can make one with your own creative style!

What you will learn:

• How to sew cord and beads together to make an eye-catching piece of jewelry.

Prerequisite: None

Materials: Please bring the following materials to the class:

• 1.5-3 yards of 1.5 leather (2mm could work with 6mm+ beads)
• 2-3 strands of glass (Czech glass or other) or gemstone beads 4mm - 6mm (you can use any other gemstones, but make sure the holes are large enough for the thread (doubled) to go through twice.)
• 1 button
• Nymo size B - Choose thread color that either matches or opposes your leather depending on taste.

• 2 Spring Clips, with rubber tips and 6 by 10 piece of cardboard OR clip board.
• Beading Needles (at least 2 needles size 10 or 12)
• Hypo Cement
• Thread Clippers or sharp scissors
• Beading Awl
• Thread conditioner or beeswax

Please have your materials ready when class begins. The instructor will be available 30 minutes before class begins to help you select your materials, if needed. Materials for your project are not included in the class fee. You may choose from the selection in our store or bring your own. At the end of class you will pay for the materials you used for your project.

All materials are available for purchase at 10% off for 2 weeks prior (after you sign up) and 1 week after the class. No further discounts.
