Gold plated over lead-free pewter, made in US by Tierracast. These bails were designed to be “press fit” into the holes in the sides of Swarovski ® #6012 crystal components.  This size fits Swarovski 15x14mm briolette crystal beads. Question Is it OK to bend the briolette bail? Answer Bending the sides in so that the part fits snugly into the side of the crystal should be no problem, but the parts were not designed to be repeatedly flexed open and closed. You should not plan to use the same bail in on several parts in succession.
