By registering for this class, you are agreeing to the terms of our cancellation policy, and to hold harmless Bead Inspirations, its owner and staff from any claim for injury, loss, or damage. Your participation in this class may present possible risks and hazards. You will assume any and all risks and dangers in conjunction with this class.

Cancellation policy

In order to maintain a respectful and conducive learning environment for all students and instructors, students who arrive more than 15 minutes late to class will not be permitted to enter. This policy ensures that disruptions are minimized and that everyone can fully engage in the learning process without unnecessary interruptions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class or do not attend without giving us 48 hours notice, your class fee is non-refundable and may not be used to transfer into another class. Please do not attend if you are sick or have been exposed to someone with Covid. If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place. 

With more than 48 hours before the class, you may, on a one time basis, transfer into another class for a $10 transfer fee or cancel and receive a store credit for the amount of the class fee, less a $10 cancellation fee. Refunds will be given only in the event that Bead Inspirations cancels a class. As we keep class sizes small, we are not able to make any exceptions to this policy.   

If Bead Inspirations is unable to fill the class with the minimum number of attendees, then we may cancel the class the day before the class is scheduled.  The reason we wait for the day before is because often people sign up the day before. Some classes will lend themselves to being a 1-hour private lesson.  If this is the case, we will give the class attendee an option for a 1-hour private lesson for the price of the class.

Age

Unless otherwise noted, classes are intended for people 14 years old or older. Kids age 10-13 may take a class if accompanied by a responsible adult also enrolled in the class. 

• One reason for this age guideline is that the class attendee needs to be responsible for paying for the materials they use for their class project. We may make exceptions to this if the parent discusses this with the manager.
• Class attendees younger than 10 may be able to attend the class if they are able to pay attention during the instructional portion of the class without undue interruptions.

What to bring

• Reading glasses if you use them
• Credit card or cash to purchase materials for your class project, and, if desired, tools and supplies for future beading.
• If you have some beads or materials you want to work with, it is ok to bring them to use.

What not to bring

• Children, pets, or anyone else not enrolled in class

All materials are available for purchase at 10% off for 2 weeks prior (after you sign up) and 1 week after the class. No further discounts. 

All of our classes are guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a class, please notify the manager in writing. We will work with you to make things right.
