Twinkling Lights- Peace on Earth

The birds use the Aged Pewter Effect technique as seen in the Vintaj Metallic Patina: Aged Pewter Effect video.  On the Art Deco Angel, Jess used a base of nouveau silver metallic patina with a glaze and ruby color wash over it.

The rivoli is secured in the center of the Ornate Wreath Filigree by backing and wrapping it with a Clover Petal Filigree. It’s a tricky wrap, but once you get the back filigree wrap started you can always adjust the crystal placement before crimping down to secure it tightly.

For the Filigree Ring Connectors, Jess doubled them back to back and used Diamond Glaze to glue them on top.
