“ELVEN PARTY” Necklace by Marina Lombardi of Vintage Made For You

“The inspiration for this necklace comes from the reading of the novel “The Hobbit” by JRR Tolkien: I imagined a party of elves in the woods, and although there is no specific symbolism in each element, I thought the color green not only to evoke the woods, but because it is said that elves love above all the emeralds; the moonstone in the center of the necklace, surrounded by a wreath of moss in polymer clay, is inspired by the precious “Arkenstone” that the Hobbit Bilbo found in the treasure of the dwarves. Swarovski green opaque and transparent crystals hanging from Vintaj filigree complete the assembly.”
