Step By Step Instructions

1. Cut 10" of medium gray SoftFlex beading wire with your flush cutters. Secure one end with a bead stopper or a piece of tape to make sure your beads don't slide off the end.
2. String on the following: a faceted glass teardrop, a silver-plated star bead cap (cupping the teardrop), a 6mm Swarovski helix crystal, a star bead cap, a small oval glass bead, a star bead cap, a 6mm crystal, a star bead cap, a medium oval glass bead, a star bead cap, a 6mm helix crystal, a star bead cap, a large oval glass bead, a star bead cap, a 6mm helix crystal, a star bead cap, a medium oval glass bead, a star bead cap, a 6mm helix crystal, a star bead cap, a small oval glass bead, a star bead cap, a 6mm helix crystal, a bead cap (cupping the teardrop), and a facted glass teardrop.
3. On one end of the strung wire (the end without the tape or bead stopper), string a 2x2 silver-filled crimp tube and loop the end through one end of the antique silver plated textured small cable chain. Pull the wire back through the crimp tube and adjust the size of the loop. When you are satisfied, crimp the tube using your crimping pliers. Cut the extra wire off with your flush cutters.
4. Repeat Step 3 above using the other end of the strung wire (removing the tape or bead stopper, of course) and attaching it to the other end of the cable chain.
   
5. To add crimp covers:
   • Open the crimp cover enough to cover the crimp tube, (using two pairs of chain nose pliers is best for this).
   • Center the crimp cover over the crimp tube, and gently close the crimp cover. It's easiest to use your crimping pliers for this, but you can also use a chain nose pliers, being careful not to squash the crimp cover.
   • You can use the crimping pliers all around the crimp cover to make it nice and even on all sides
6. To attach the silver plated ball box clasp:
   • Find the center of your chain and open the two center links.
   • Attach one center link to the jump ring of one end of the ball box clasp. Close the link.
   • Attach the other center link to the jump ring at the other end of the ball box clasp. Close the link.
