Step By Step Instructions

  1. String the bead onto the eye pin and make a simple loop (make 4 with the coral beads and 4 with the turquoise beads):
    • String the bead onto the non-looped end of the eye pin.
    • Hold the looped end of the eye pin and cut approximately 1/4" above the bead using flush cutters.
    • Holding the bead onto the eye pin securely with your fingers, using the round nose pliers to grip the non-looped end of the eye pin. While still holding securely, pull the eye pin toward you, bending at a 45 degree angle.
    • Continuing by turning the eye pin away from you (keeping the angle) until you've completed one full loop, tucking the end of the loop into the hole of the bead, keeping plenty of tension on the bead.
  2. Connect the bead links from Step 1 with jump rings:
    • Open one 7.25mm jump ring using two chain nose pliers.
    • Slide the 7.25mm jump ring through the loop on the end of the bead link. Leaving the jump ring open, slide it through the loop on the next bead link.
    • Close your jump ring and repeat for as many bead links as you need.
    • The bracelet should begin and end with a jump ring so your toggles will be attached to jump rings and not the bead links.
  3. Assemble your toggle:
    • Using a 1" headpin, string the toggle bar on making sure the tail end of the pin hangs down from the wrong side of the toggle bar.
    • Make a simple loop and cut any excess wire with your flush cutter.
    • Using a 4mm jump ring, connect the loop from the toggle bar with the 7.25mm jump ring at one end of your bracelet.
    • Using another 4mm jump ring, connect the toggle ring with the 7.25mm jump ring at the other end of your bracelet.

CONGRATULATIONS! Now, your bracelet is ready to wear!
