Step By Step Instructions

1. Using memory wire cutters, cut one circle's worth of memory wire. Do this twice so you have two open hoops.
2. Holding onto the Memory Wire End Cap with your chain nose pliers, place one drop of Zap-A-Gap into the hole. Then put one end of your open hoop into the hole of the end cap. Do the same to your other open hoop with your second end cap. This glue dries super fast, so be careful not to glue your fingers!
   
3. From the opposite end of where you glued the end cap, slip fourteen Rhinestone Rondelles onto one hoop, and fourteen rondelles onto the other hoop.
4. Put your new hoops on your ears using the bullet clutches to keep them in place, and show off your new bling!

TIP: If you want to smooth out the end of your hoops, use a wire rounder.
